I achieved a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and completed a sex therapy certification program from the California Integral Institution. Additionally, I’m pursuing certification in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing).

With over seven years of experience as a licensed psychotherapist and on track to becoming a certified breathwork practitioner by year-end, I specialize in supporting adults navigating through challenges such as self-criticism, anxiety, relationship dynamics, sexual concerns, and trauma.

My dedication extends particularly to working with immigrants, adult children of immigrants, and BIPOC individuals, drawing from my own experience as an Iranian immigrant to understand and appreciate the intricate tapestry of bicultural identity.
